Most non-EU companies don't — under 8 EU FTEs, an Employer of Record beats incorporation on cost, speed, and operational drag. Talk to us before you incorporate; if EOR is the better fit, we'll say so.
Questions we get on almost every formation call. Anything else, ask in the demo notes.
No. We form companies for non-resident founders every week. Some jurisdictions require a resident director (Ireland, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Malta) — we provide one as part of the engagement, with D&O cover included.
Ireland and Estonia: 5 business days, no exceptions. Netherlands and Germany: 10–14 days because of the notary deed. France, Spain, Italy: 12–18 days. We give you a written commitment in the contract — if we miss, the next month's registered-address fee is on us.
UK at $3,400 if you can use it (post-Brexit, you'll still need an EU representative on top), then Estonia at $3,800 fully digital. Ireland is the best cost/value for tech — $4,900 with 12.5% corporate tax.
The intro is included — we hand you off to a commercial or EMI bank that opens accounts for non-resident founders, with your KYC pre-packaged. Account opening itself takes 2–6 weeks at the bank's own pace; we don't control that timeline.
Annual filings (statutory accounts, corporate tax return, register updates) are a separate $199/month managed service — coming soon. Until then, we'll hand you a clean accounting brief for your local accountant.
For some jurisdiction pairs, yes (e.g. Delaware → Ireland is doable). It's case-specific and we quote separately. Mention it on the discovery call and we'll scope.
That's most customers. Bring us your shape — where you sell, where your team is, what your tax exposure looks like — and we'll recommend in 20 minutes. The recommendation is free; the formation is what you pay for.
Pick your jurisdiction on a 30-min call. We send a written quote and a 5-day plan within 24 hours — and your certificate by the following Friday.
