Ask for a virtual address, bank account, nominee director or annual filings
Ask for the four services offered beside a formation from the wizard, and see what their pages in Establish show today.
You ask for these four services as preferences when you start a formation. Our team then arranges them with you after the kick-off call.
Ask with your formation
On the wizard's last step, Review and start, switch on any of the Optional services you'd like:
| Service | What the wizard says it covers |

| Virtual address, in your formation's country | A registered office address to put on the register and on your invoices, with post scanned and forwarded to you. |
| Initial bank account application | We prepare the opening application and submit it to banks that take the entity form you chose. The bank makes the decision. |
| Nominee director | A locally resident director on the board where the register or a bank expects one. Ownership and control stay with you. |
| Annual filings management | The annual accounts, the corporate tax return and the register's yearly confirmation, prepared and filed each year. |
Nothing is ordered or charged when you switch one on. We go through each one with you on the kick-off call and arrange it from there. For the rest of the wizard, see Form a company.
Check what you asked for
The entity's record lists your choices under Ownership, as Requested services, or reads None requested. They can't be changed from the record.
Without a formation
The Virtual Address, Annual Filings, Nominee Director and Bank Account pages under Establish are marked Coming soon, so there's nothing to order there yet. If you want one of these services for a company you already have, write to us at hello@eupresence.com.
