Export incidents to CSV
Download the NIS 2 incident register, or the incidents you select, as a spreadsheet.
Any member of your workspace can download the incidents in Compliance › Cyber Resilience › Incidents as a CSV file.
Download the file
- To export the register as currently filtered by Status, Severity and Type, across every page, select Export CSV beside Report incident.
- To export particular incidents, tick them and select Export CSV in the bar that appears. Only open incidents can be ticked, so use the filters to export resolved ones.
One file holds up to 10,000 incidents. If a filter matches more, the download is refused rather than cut short: narrow it and export the parts. The file is named nis2-incidents- followed by today's date.
What's in the file
| Column | Contents |
|---|---|
| Reference | The incident's reference, such as NIS2-0001 |
| Incident | The first sentence of the summary |
| Type, Severity | As chosen when the incident was logged |
| Became aware at | The moment every deadline runs from |
| Users affected | The estimate, empty if none was given |
| Response lead | Security team, Team member or External vendor |
| Status | Open or Resolved |
| Next stage owed, Next stage due at | The soonest update not yet filed, and its deadline |
| Resolved at, Resolution | When the incident was resolved, and the findings given |
Times are full timestamps in UTC, because the deadlines run in hours. The file doesn't include the full summary, affected systems, mitigation, the findings or copies of each update, or internal notes; open the incident for those.
