Export privacy requests

Download the request queue, or a selection of it, as a CSV of up to 100 requests.

Updated 1 min read

The Requests tab exports as a CSV file, for example to answer an authority's question or to share with your DPO.

Export what's on screen

Select Export CSV in the Privacy requests header. The file follows the queue as you've narrowed it, with the same search and the same Status, Type, Framework and Received filters. With no filters set, it's the whole queue.

Export a selection

Tick the requests you want, then select Export CSV in the bar at the bottom of the queue. Only those requests go in the file.

What the file contains

One row per request, with these columns: Reference, Subject, Email, Email verified, Mobile number, Mobile verified on, Country of residence, Relationship, Type, Summary, Framework, Received via, Received on, Response due, Extended by (days), Status, Owner and Closed on.

Dates are calendar days, counted in Amsterdam time. The file is named after the day you download it, for example privacy-requests-2026-11-04.csv.

Larger exports

One file carries up to 100 requests. If your filters match more, the download is refused rather than cut short, so a file is never handed over incomplete. Narrow the queue by status, type or received date, and download it in parts.

Other Privacy tabs export too: Export Article 30 on RoPA, Export Article 35 on DPIA, and Export CSV on the Representative tab.
