Show AI systems on your Privacy Center

List the AI systems you choose on your public Privacy Center, and what visitors see about each one.

Updated 2 min read

No article of the AI Act requires you to list your AI systems on your own site; Article 49 registration happens in the EU database. Listing a system on your Privacy Center is your choice, and every system starts unlisted.

Turn the listing on or off

Use Show on the Privacy Center, under Public disclosure, when you register a system, or later with Edit details. A prohibited system can't be listed. The system's drawer shows On the Privacy Center or Internal only beside Public disclosure.

What visitors see

Listed systems appear on the AI systems page of your Privacy Center, at /ai-systems (for a workspace with the handle acme, acme.prvcy.center/ai-systems). The home page's What we disclose section links to it, and brand pages show the same list. The page counts the systems disclosed, how many are high-risk and how many are registered in the EU database. Each system's card shows:

  • its reference, name and version, and your role;
  • its risk tier, its intended purpose and its classification, with the Annex III point where there is one;
  • its conformity standing and its human oversight;
  • its EU database registration date and number, and the date it went on the EU market, where recorded.

Read the full disclosure opens a page with the description, the duties of your role, the expiry of any Article 44 certificate, and how to report a problem to a market surveillance authority under Article 85. If your Privacy Center has a Privacy contact address, set under Privacy Center › Brand, the pages invite questions at it, including requests for an explanation under Article 86.

What's never shown

  • The Article 6(3) justification, which is for authorities rather than the public.
  • The system's documents.
  • The Registration due and Registration overdue statuses.
  • Withdrawn systems, whatever their listing setting.

When the page is hidden

The AI systems page exists only while your AI Governance register is open: subscribed, with its mandate signed. If the register closes, the page and every system's page stop being served. The home page's section appears only while at least one system is listed. Your Privacy Center itself must be published: see Privacy Center basics.
