Export AI systems and assessments
Download the AI system register, or the conformity assessments, as a CSV file.
Export the system register
On the Registered systems tab, click Export. You get ai-systems-YYYY-MM-DD.csv with every system on the register, withdrawn ones included, since the register has no filters. Its columns are:
Reference, System, Version, Risk tier, Article 6 basis, Annex III point, Our role, Placed on market, Registered in EU database, EU database id, Status, Conformity, Certificate expires and Withdrawn on.
Export conformity assessments
On the Conformity assessments tab, click Export. You get ai-conformity-assessments-YYYY-MM-DD.csv with every assessment. Its columns are:
Reference, System reference, System, Route, Reason, Notified body, Notified body number, Started, Target completion, Concluded, Outcome, Certificate number, Certificate expires and Status.
Good to know
- Values read as they do on screen, and dates are calendar days.
- One file holds up to 10,000 rows. A larger register is refused with a message rather than cut short, so a file you download is always complete.
- Letters from authorities are exported from the Representative tab: see letters from authorities.
