For DPOs: set up payouts

EU Presence pays you 85% of each client payment for your services, thirty days after it, through Stripe or by bank transfer.

Updated 3 min read

Clients pay EU Presence for your services. We keep 15% and pay you the rest, thirty days after each payment. Everything about it is under Account › Payouts.

How payouts work

  • Each payment a client makes for one of your services is a payout of its own, so a monthly service pays you after each renewal.
  • Your payout is 85% of what the client paid for the service, after any discount. For example, a $427.00 payment pays you $362.95. Stripe's fees come out of EU Presence's 15%.
  • A payout is due thirty days after the client's payment.
  • If your profile's country is one Stripe pays out to, you're paid through Stripe: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the 27 EU member states, Liechtenstein and Norway. Anywhere else, EU Presence pays you by bank transfer.

Payments made before payouts launched on 4 November 2026 aren't listed here: EU Presence settles those with you directly.

Set up payouts through Stripe

  1. Go to Account › Payouts. The How you are paid card shows Through Stripe.
  2. Select Set up payouts. Stripe's onboarding opens, where you give your identity details and your bank account.
  3. If you leave before finishing, or Stripe asks for more, come back and select Continue setup.

The card shows where your account stands: Not set up, Setup not finished, Stripe is verifying, Stripe needs more information or Active. What clients pay waits for you until the account is active, and nothing is lost meanwhile. Once it's active, each payout goes to your Stripe account, and Stripe pays it into your bank in your account's currency. Open Stripe opens your Stripe dashboard, where you manage your bank account.

When a client pays and your setup isn't finished, we email your contact address with what the payment pays you and when. The email has no link into Stripe: the link is made when you select the button on this page. EU Presence never asks for bank details by email.

If Stripe doesn't pay out to your country, the card reads By bank transfer and there's nothing to set up: EU Presence pays each payout into the account you gave our team, thirty days after the client's payment.

Follow your payments

The Payments table lists every payment a client made for your services, newest first: the Client, the Service, the day it was Paid on, what the Client paid less any refund, the EU Presence fee, Your payout, When it's due or was sent, and its Status.

StatusWhat it means

CancelledNot paid, for example because you declined the request, never joined a service that has since ended, or the client was refunded in full.

If a client is refunded in part, you're paid your share of what they kept. If a refund comes after your payout was sent, our team takes your share of it back through Stripe or deducts it from your next payouts.
