Export notices to CSV
Download the Reports queue, or the notices you select, as a spreadsheet.
Any member of your workspace can download the notices in Compliance › Content Safety › Reports as a CSV file.
Download the file
- To export the queue as currently searched and filtered, across every page, select Export CSV above the table.
- To export particular notices, tick them and select Export CSV in the bar that appears.
One file holds up to 10,000 notices. If your filters match more, the download is refused rather than cut short: narrow it by status, category or decision and export the parts. The file is named content-reports- followed by today's date.
What's in the file
| Column | Contents |
|---|---|
| Reference | The notice's full ID. Its first eight characters are the ID in the queue and the reference the reporter was given. |
| Category, Content URLs | What was reported, and every link, separated by spaces |
| Reporter, Reporter role, Reporter email, Language | Who filed it. The name, email and language are empty where they weren't recorded. |
| Received via, Received on, Response due | How and when it arrived, and the end of its 14-day response window |
| Status, Decision, Legal ground, Automated detection | Where it stands and, once decided, the outcome, the ground and Yes or No for automated means |
| Decided at, Appeal window closes | When it was decided and the last day to complain |
| Closure note | The reason given when it was closed without a decision |
Dates are calendar days in Central European Time, except Decided at, which is a full timestamp in UTC. The file doesn't include the reporter's explanation, your legal basis or reply, or any complaints; open the notice for those.
