Invite your team
Invite colleagues from Settings › Members. Each one joins as an admin once they accept.
Send an invitation
- Go to Settings › Members and select Invite member.
- Enter your colleague's Email address and select Send invite.
- Invitation sent confirms who it went to. Select Done.
Only an admin can invite. The Key people step of setup has the same Invite member button.
Everyone joins as an admin
There's one role to give, so the form doesn't ask for one. An admin can see and use every service, and can change the company's legal details, its members and invitations, its billing, the representation mandates it signs and its Privacy Center domains. Invite people who should have all of that. See roles and permissions.
A Data Protection Officer you hire through EU Presence joins through their DPO service, not an invitation (see hire a DPO).
What your colleague does
- They open the invitation email. It's sent by our identity provider, so it isn't listed in Settings › Email outbox.
- The link opens Join your team. Someone new to EU Presence chooses a password; someone who already has an account is signed in.
- If we don't have their first and last name, they're asked for both.
- Your workspace opens. If its setup isn't finished yet, they're taken to the wizard and can finish it.
If they're signed in with a different email address, the page says so and offers Sign out and accept. Until an invitation is accepted, it's listed on the Pending invitations tab of Settings › Members, where an admin can Revoke it. For the details, see invite a member.
