Publish your representative's details
Copy each register's ready-made snippet naming EU Presence, and put it where that register's statute asks for it.
Each statute asks you to make your representative's details known in a particular place. Each register's Settings tab shows our details on its Reachable card and gives you a snippet, worded for that statute, to paste where it's needed.
The Reachable card
Open the register's Settings tab once the register is open, for example Compliance › Privacy › Settings. The Reachable card explains how the statute has authorities reach your representative, then lists our details: Representative, Contact email, Telephone where one is recorded, and Address.
On Privacy the card also names a Supervisory authority, the one the snippet tells data subjects they can complain to, and shows your Privacy notice: a link to the privacy policy published on your Privacy Center or, if there isn't one, No privacy policy published with a Publish one → link. See publishing a policy.

| Register | Snippet card | Where it goes | Provision |

| Content Safety | Legal representative details to publish | The public page that names your company, such as the terms and conditions, legal notice or About page. Notify the same details to the Digital Services Coordinator of the Member State where the representative is established | DSA Article 13(4) |
| Cyber Resilience | Representative details for your Article 27 registration | The registration you submit to the competent authority | NIS 2 Article 27(2)(c) and (d) |
| AI Governance | Authorised representative details for instructions for use | The provider section of a high-risk system's instructions for use, and its Article 49 registration in the EU database | AI Act Article 13(3)(a) and Annex VIII, Section A, point 3 |
| Product Safety | Responsible person details for the product and its listing | The product or its packaging, the parcel or an accompanying document, and every listing where you sell it online | GPSR Articles 16(3) and 19(b) |
What each statute asks for
- GDPR Articles 13(1)(a) and 14(1)(a): the information you give data subjects includes the identity and contact details of your representative.
- DSA Article 13(4): notify your legal representative's name, postal address, email address and telephone number to the Digital Services Coordinator in the Member State where it resides or is established, and keep that information publicly available, accurate and up to date.
- NIS 2 Article 27(2)(c) and (d): the registration carries your representative's address and up-to-date contact details, including email addresses and telephone numbers, and Article 27(3) has you notify changes without delay and at the latest within three months. NIS 2 is a directive, so each Member State requires the registration through its national law.
- AI Act Article 13(3)(a): the instructions for use contain the identity and contact details of the provider and of its authorised representative. Annex VIII, Section A, point 3 puts the representative's name, address and contact details in the registration.
- GPSR Article 16(3): the responsible person's name, registered trade name or trade mark, and contact details, including postal and electronic address, appear on the product or its packaging, the parcel or an accompanying document. Article 19(b): where the manufacturer isn't established in the Union, every offer made online or by other distance sales shows the responsible person's name and postal and electronic address.
Copy a snippet
Select Copy snippet on the snippet card; the button reads Copied. The snippet is plain text, so it pastes into any editor. It names your company by its legal name from Settings › Organization (until that's saved it reads [Company legal name]), says which provision the appointment is made under, and lists the details on the Reachable card.
