See what your workspace pays for
Read the Subscriptions card on Home and the table under Settings › Subscriptions: where each register stands, every recurring bill and the monthly total.
The Subscriptions card shows where each register stands. Settings › Subscriptions lists every recurring bill your workspace has, with what they add up to each month.
The Subscriptions card
The card is on Home, on the Compliance overview and on the Privacy Center's Subscriptions tab. It has a row for each of the five registers, titled with the register and the role EU Presence holds for it, such as Privacy · Article 27 representative. A register is open once it's paid for and its mandate is signed, and its row is then ticked. Until then, the row says what's missing and links to the next step:
| The row says | What it means | Its link |
|---|---|---|
| Not subscribed | The register is locked until you subscribe and sign its mandate. | Subscribe |
| Checkout open | A checkout was started and not finished. | Finish the checkout |
| Awaiting confirmation | The payment has been submitted and is waiting for Stripe to confirm it. | See the status |
| Mandate unsigned | Subscribed, and waiting for an Admin to sign the mandate. | Sign the mandate |
| Unpaid | The register is closed until the open invoice is paid. | Manage billing |
| Paused | The register is closed while billing is paused, until our team resumes it. | Manage billing |
An open register's row gives its price and renewal date, with Manage billing. It warns you instead when a payment has failed and Stripe is retrying, with Update the card, or when the subscription is ending, with the date the register closes. The card's Subscriptions button leads to Settings › Subscriptions. To subscribe to a register, see Open a register.
The Subscriptions table
Settings › Subscriptions lists every subscription your workspace has started, newest first: registers, the Pro plan, monthly DPO services, and employee and contractor services.
- Service and Person: what it's for and, for a person's or a DPO's service, who.
- Status: for example Active, Payment failed, Unpaid, Paused, Canceled or Checkout abandoned.
- Price: what you pay after any discount, which is named under it. A register that bills usage on top shows + usage.
- Period: Renews, Ends or Ended, with the date.
- Started: when it began.
Monthly total, under the table, adds up what the workspace pays each month for the subscriptions that will bill again, after discounts. It leaves out usage, which varies, and anything billed yearly.
Act on a subscription
The menu at the end of a live row has End at period end, or Keep it renewing once it's set to end at period end; see Cancel a subscription. An end set for a particular day, as when an employee is off-boarded or a contractor's engagement ends, can't be taken back here: the row shows the date it ends. A row with nothing to do here has Open service, which leads to where that service is managed.
Employees and contractors whose service hasn't been paid for yet are listed first, with a button to pay once our team has approved them; see Hire an employee. Only Admins can pay for or end a subscription.
