Export products and recalls

On the Product registry tab, narrow the list first if you want to, with the search box and the Risk, Category and Status filters, then click Export. You get products-YYYY-MM-DD.csv with every product the filters match, across all pages. Its columns are:

Reference, SKU, Product, Model or type, GTIN, Category, Brand, Manufacturer, Our role, GPSR scope, Risk level, Risk assessed on, Placed on market, Documentation kept until, Technical documentation, Batches, Lots under recall, Obligations outstanding, Open measures, Standing and Withdrawn on.

On the Recalls tab, click Export CSV. You get product-recalls-YYYY-MM-DD.csv with every measure, open or closed. Its columns are:

Reference, Product reference, SKU, Product, Brand, Measure, Risk, Hazard, Discovered on, Determined dangerous on, Units affected, Gateway notified on, Notice published on, Closed on, Days open and Status.

• Values read as they do on screen, and dates are calendar days.
• One file holds up to 10,000 rows. A larger set is refused with a message rather than cut short; for products, narrow the filters and export the parts.
• Letters from authorities are exported from the Representative tab: see letters from authorities.
