The Compliance overview

Compliance › Overview brings the five registers together:

  • The same four tiles as Home: Open privacy requests, Open content reports, Active NIS2 stages and Open recalls.
  • The Subscriptions card, with one row per register.
  • Next 7 days: the deadlines that run out within a week, overdue ones included. Calendar opens the full list.
  • Service health: one row per register with the count it keeps, such as the reviews due in Privacy, and Open to go there.
  • Recent activity: the latest changes your team and EU Presence made across the registers, with Full audit log.

What the calendar lists

Compliance › Calendar lists every deadline your registers are running, soonest first. Each comes from one of five sources:

SourceWhat is owedWhen it's due
Privacy requestAnswer a data subject requestThe due date the Privacy register works out from the request's framework and any extension
NIS2 notification stageFile the early warning, the incident notification or the final report24 hours, 72 hours and one month after you became aware of the incident
Content reportDecide a content report14 days after the notice arrived, a target EU Presence sets
RoPA reviewReview a processing activity180 days after the entry was last reviewed or registered, listed from 30 days before
DPIA reviewRefresh an impact assessment365 days after the assessment was approved, listed from 30 days before

The NIS 2 stages follow Article 23(4) of the Directive, with one difference. The Directive allows the final report until one month after the incident notification; the calendar dates it one month after you became aware, which is never later. The RoPA and DPIA review cycles are the Privacy register's own, not deadlines set by the GDPR. An open recall has no deadline to sort by, so it isn't listed; it's counted on the Open recalls tile instead.

Read the list

The four tiles at the top count the deadlines in each band:

BandMeans
OverdueAlready past its deadline
Within 24 hoursDue before this time tomorrow
Within 7 daysDue inside the week
LaterMore than seven days out

Each row of the list shows the Deadline with the time left, What is owed, the Source and the Urgency. Select what's owed to open the record in its register. A deadline on a calendar date runs to the end of that day; a NIS 2 stage runs to the exact hour.

Switch to the month view

Select Month at the top of the page to see the deadlines on a calendar grid, with how many fall in that month. Each day shows up to three, coloured by urgency, and counts the rest. Select a deadline to open its record. Previous, This month and Next move between months, and List takes you back.

Filter by source

Source: All narrows both views to one of the five sources, and the tiles and the count follow it. If that source has nothing running, select Show every source.

The calendar has no export. To take the next 12 months of deadlines away as a file, generate the Filings calendar report (see Run a report).
