What each part of Home tells you, from the posture score and the four clocks to the deadlines and changes listed below them.

Updated 4 min read

Home is the page you land on after signing in. Every figure on it is read from your registers as the page loads, and each card fills in as soon as its own figures are ready.

Your compliance posture

Under the greeting, one line says how many deadlines need your attention and which runs out soonest, or that nothing is on a statutory clock today. Beside it, Compliance posture scores those deadlines out of 10.

  • The pill names the score's band, such as Nothing late, nothing close.
  • Under the bar, the left side shows the change since a month ago, such as +0.5 vs last month. Until a score that old has been recorded, it shows how many deadlines are running instead.
  • The right side counts the deadlines already overdue and those due this week.

How the score is worked out, and when the monthly change appears, is in How your compliance posture score works.

The four clocks

TileWhat it counts
Open privacy requestsData subject requests not yet resolved, rejected or withdrawn, with how many were filed in the last 24 hours.
Active NIS2 stagesThe reports your incidents still owe under NIS 2 Article 23(4), with how many are already overdue.
Open content reportsIllegal content notices under DSA Article 16 that are awaiting a decision.
Open recallsRecalls and withdrawals under way in Product Safety, with how many are not yet at the Safety Gateway.

Getting set up

This card has four rows, each ticked once it's done and otherwise offering the next step:

  • Workspace set up, once the setup wizard is finished. The app doesn't open until it is, so this row is already ticked when you first see it.
  • Set up the Privacy Center, with how many of its go-live steps are done, until it reads Privacy Center published.
  • Hire your first DPO, with where a purchase stands, until it reads DPO engaged.
  • Subscribe to the registers or Open the remaining registers, naming the next one, until it reads Every register is open.

Subscriptions

This card has one row per register, named with the role its mandate gives us, such as Privacy · Article 27 representative. A row is ticked once its register is open, meaning it's paid for and its mandate is signed. Its line then gives the price and renewal date, or warns that a payment failed and Stripe is retrying it, or that the register closes at the end of the paid period, with Manage billing or Update the card beside it.

A row that isn't ticked starts with its standing:

StandingWhat it meansButton
Not subscribedThe register is locked until the workspace subscribes and signs its mandate.Subscribe
Checkout openA checkout was started and not finished.Finish the checkout
Awaiting confirmationThe payment is with Stripe, and the register opens once Stripe confirms it.See the status
Mandate unsignedSubscribed. The register opens once an admin signs the mandate.Sign the mandate
UnpaidClosed until the open invoice is paid or the card is updated.Manage billing
PausedClosed while billing is paused, until we resume it.Manage billing

Subscriptions at the top of the card opens Settings › Subscriptions. See manage billing and failed payments.

Needs your attention

This card lists every deadline your registers are running, soonest first: privacy requests to answer, NIS 2 reports to file, content reports to decide, and records of processing and impact assessments due for review. Each row says what's owed, names the record and shows the time left. Select a row to open the record in its register.

The card shows six rows and counts the rest, and Open inbox takes you to the Inbox. An open recall has no deadline to sort by, so it's counted on the Open recalls tile instead. Every deadline is listed in the compliance calendar.

Recent activity

This card shows the six latest entries in your workspace's audit log, from every product. Select an entry to open it in Settings › Audit log, or select View all for the whole log (see the audit log).

Your active services

At the foot of the page there's a tile for each product with one count: processing activities in Privacy, transparency reports in Content Safety, open incidents in Cyber Resilience, high-risk systems in AI Governance, products on the market in Product Safety, people on the books in People, entities in Company Formation and policies live in the Privacy Center. Select a tile to open it, or Browse all for the Compliance overview.
