Run a report
Read the charts on Reports, generate one of five reports as a spreadsheet, and fetch any past run again.
Reports has three tabs: Overview, Report templates and Recent runs. Everything on it is read from your registers when you open it, and anyone in the workspace, including a DPO who works with you, can generate a report and download any run.
Read the Overview
Four figures sit across the top:

Below them are Compliance posture · trailing 12 months, DSR volume · last 6 months, DSR status mix for this year, Compliance · open items by service, and Audit-log activity · last 12 weeks, which shows by weekday and hour, in Europe/Amsterdam time, when changes were made. Opening the Overview also records the day's posture score, which the trend chart and the monthly change are built from.
Generate a report
- Open the Report templates tab.
- On the template's card, pick the period if it offers one, and select Generate.
- The dialog names the format, and the period if there is one. Select Generate and download.
The report is put together from your registers as they stand. It downloads straight away and is listed under Recent runs. Generate fresh, on the Where you stand today card above the templates, generates the compliance posture report.

A file that would run past 10,000 rows is refused rather than cut short. For the audit log export, pick a shorter period.
Fetch a past run
The Recent runs tab lists every report generated in the workspace, newest first, with its ID, the Report, who it was Generated by, its Source, When, its Format and its Size. The download button at the end of a row fetches the same file again.
Search with Search by ID or report…, or narrow the list by format, by source, or to the last 30 days, 90 days or 12 months. Every run is started by someone in the workspace, so the source is always Manual: no report runs on a schedule. Generated reports aren't listed in Documents.
